Southwark approved HUB's Chords development in 2026 — a 1.2-acre mixed-use scheme forming the final piece of the wider Elephant Park masterplan. Designed by AHMM across three buildings, it will deliver 695 co-living homes plus 20 three-bedroom homes for social rent, together with a new NHS health centre, active ground-floor uses and public realm by Gillespies achieving a 128% biodiversity net gain.
