Momento Barking — formerly Barking Wharf, and originally Apo Barking — is a 595-home Build-to-Rent community in Barking, east London, spread over two buildings of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Completed in 2021, it was built by EcoWorld London, forward funded by Invesco Real Estate and first managed by Apo. Greystar acquired it in 2025 and now owns and runs it under its Momento brand. Residents have a concierge, gym and social and work lounges.
