One Eastside is a 667-home build-to-rent tower on Jennens Road in Birmingham's Eastside, close to Moor Street station and the Curzon Street HS2 site. Forward-funded and owned by Pension Insurance Corporation, developed by Court Collaboration and let through PIC's Homes by PIC platform, the tower offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with a wellness spa, gym, cinema, co-working areas, a sky bar and lounge and a café lounge. First homes launched in 2025, with the remaining phases completing through 2026.
