Florence Dock is a co-living development in Battersea, Wandsworth, London (SW11), completed in 2023 and comprising 270 studios, developed by Halcyon Development Partners and operated under the Folk Co-living brand. On-site facilities include five roof terraces, a gym, co-working space and a community kitchen.

Plot 23 is a 352-home co-living development at Brent Cross Town in north London, delivered by Halcyon Development Partners for DTZ Investors' Folk Co-Living Fund and operated under the Folk brand. Planning was granted in July 2025, the fund completed its land purchase in May 2026 and construction is due to begin in Q3 2026. Amenities will include resident workspace, a wellness spa and a rooftop kitchen, and a number of homes will be offered to care leavers at a discounted rent.

Sunday Mills is a co-living development in Wandsworth, south-west London, comprising 315 studio apartments completed in 2022. It is operated by Folk and includes a 24/7 gym, co-working space, and rooftop terrace among its shared facilities.

The Palm House is a co-living development in Harrow, London (HA3), opened in 2022 and comprising 222 studios, developed by Halcyon Development Partners and operated under the Folk Co-living brand. On-site facilities include a gym, co-working hub, cinema/screening room and rooftop terrace.
