Casa by Moda

AboutWe record the named business that owns the asset — the holding company, fund or platform — rather than the special-purpose vehicle on the title, and we do not climb above it to its shareholders.

Casa by Moda is an asset owner with a portfolio of four single-family rental schemes across northern England and Scotland, totalling around 570 homes. Its largest developments are located in Doncaster, Leeds, Wigan and Glasgow.
