Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the latest proposals replace an earlier 2022 consent for 336 units, with a strong emphasis on community amenities and sustainable transport.

Former Yorkshire Post
In PlanningFormer Yorkshire Post is a 348-home Build-to-Rent development on the site of the former Yorkshire Post headquarters on Wellington Street in Leeds' West End. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme has secured planning and forms part of the company's UK BTR pipeline.

Pavilions
In PlanningPavilions is a landmark Build-to-Rent development planned for the former Marks & Spencer flagship store on High Street in Birmingham city centre, around 80 metres from the future HS2 Curzon Street station. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme proposes up to 500 rental homes in a tower of up to 50 storeys.
