Central Square is a Build-to-Rent development in the heart of Cardiff's central business district, beside Cardiff Central station. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the latest proposals comprise 528 rental homes in a 50-storey landmark tower that would become Wales' tallest residential building, replacing an earlier consent for 364 units.

Farm Road is a 413-home Build-to-Rent development near Sheffield's main railway station, across blocks of 12, 18 and 29 storeys. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the latest proposals replace an earlier 2022 consent for 336 units, with a strong emphasis on community amenities and sustainable transport.

Former Yorkshire Post is a 348-home Build-to-Rent development on the site of the former Yorkshire Post headquarters on Wellington Street in Leeds' West End. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme has secured planning and forms part of the company's UK BTR pipeline.

Pavilions is a landmark Build-to-Rent development planned for the former Marks & Spencer flagship store on High Street in Birmingham city centre, around 80 metres from the future HS2 Curzon Street station. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme proposes up to 500 rental homes in a tower of up to 50 storeys.

The Forum is a 225-home Build-to-Rent development in Stevenage town centre, rising to a 69m tower. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme secured planning consent in February 2025.
